SHIPPING TIMES & POLICY

Processing time for pre-order wigs is 4-7 business days. "Create Your Own Wig" pre-order wigs have a processing time of 8-14 business days. Shipping time is 4-7 business days. International shipping times estimate 5-7 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. Overnight express is (next business day) shipping happens after the processing time, not immediately after placing your order. Holidays are not included. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will begin the processing time the following business day. All orders require a signature for delivery and are covered with package insurance. The address on your billing information must match your shipping address. Orders placed in Canada will be shipped with Canada post, unless you select overnight express at checkout,your order will be shipped by UPS. Orders placed in the US are shipped via USP, International orders may ship with UPS or FED-X. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via your email. Please allow up to 48 business hours for tracking to fully update.
All wig orders require the Buyer Form to be filled out before your order is completed. The form can be found at the top of the site
Once USP or CANADA POST has possession of your parcel, we are no longer responsible for any damages that may occur during shipment nor are we responsible for any lost/stolen packages. All packages are covered with shipping insurance and require a signature upon delivery.
