REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of the product, exchanges and returns are not accepted. TheWigVault/ @thewigvaultt is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs, replacing a unit because you changed your mind or replacing a unit because it’s too difficult to manage.Before purchasing a unit, please be sure to properly measure your head, please do your research and feel free to ask any and all questions u may have before you make your purchase. All units are non-refundable unless there is a mistake on my behalf. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges and returns are not accepted. All wig units are non-refundable.
 
All digital product sales are final. There is no refund on digital products as these are instant downloads. 

CANCELLATIONS

if you cancel a wig drop off for re-vamping & re-install services you will be charged a fee of $50 and your install appointment will be cancelled.

If you put a deposit down and no show your install appointment will be canceled and deposit non- refunded 

if you are late over 15mins to your install appointment you will be charged an additional $45 for being late.

*I never cancel appointments on you guys, however in the event that I did need to or if I need to reschedule you as a result to my own inconvenience to you, these same rules will apply to me and you will be compensated*
